b) Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2018 Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date along with Auditors' Report with unmodified opinion.
Further Board of Directors have declared/ proposed payment of following Dividends:
a) Interim Dividend (Second) for the Financial Year 2017-18 at the rate of Rs.30/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each,
b) Final Dividend at the rate of Rs.5/- per equity share of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2017-18,
