Considered and approved the Constitution of the Group Governance Committee to evaluate the Corporate Governance of unlisted subsidiaries with the composition of three independent Directors.
2 Pursuant to the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has appointed Mr. Radhey Shyam Garg, (Vice President-Finance) as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in place of Mr. Raja Ghosh, Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f December 10, 2018. Mr. Garg brings in years of experience in the field of finance and has served on many important roles including Chief Financial Officer of Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. (Hyderabad).
Mr. Raja Ghosh will continue to provide his invaluable work experience as Assistant Vice -President -Taxation of the Company. |
