Accordingly Main object clause of MOA has been amended by insertion of the new clause III (A) 2 after the existing Clause III (A) 1 of MOA. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the brief of the amendment to MOA of the Company alongwith the extract of the MOA of the Company with respect to above alteration is attached to the said communication.
