Subsequently, the item for re-appointment of Ms. Sarojini DIkhale was included as part of in the notice of the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of 3i Infotech Limited ('the Company') which was held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 12:30 p.m.
As per the combined results of the remote e-voting and the physical voting by ballot paper conducted at the AGM, which was declared on Thursday, August 2, 2018 the resolution in respect of re-appointment of Ms. Sarojini DIkhale (DIN:02755309) was not passed with the requisite majority.
In view of this, Ms. Sarojini Dikhale (DIN:02755309) ceases to be a Director of the Company effective July 31, 2018.
