| Exchange Received Time 03/08/2018 15:11:55 Exchange Disseminated Time 03/08/2018 15:12:03 Time Taken 00:00:08 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are sending herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018, along with Limited Review Report as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today i.e. 3rd August, 2018.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the extension of period of redemption of 12,00,000 3% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares(CRPS) of Rs. 100/- issued to the promoters which is due for redemption on 31st March, 2019 in two tranches to the respective shareholders as under:-(i)6,00,000 3% CRPS would be redeemed on due date as per the exiting terms i.e.31st March, 2019
(ii)6,00,000 3% CRPS be extended for one year and redeem on 31st March, 2020 and other terms of issue shall remain unchanged.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 3.00 P.M.
