Record date) as 27th July, 2018 for the purpose of eligibility for remote e-voting and for determining the Members who would be eligible to receive dividend, if declared at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 3rd August, 2018. The Board has also resolved that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 30th July, 2018 to Monday, 6th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and dividend as aforesaid, keeping in view that the 'Cut-off date' is 27th July, 2018 (close of business) and 28th July and 29th July, 2018 are non-working days. |
