| Exchange Received Time 02/11/2018 18:20:27 Exchange Disseminated Time 02/11/2018 18:20:32 Time Taken 00:00:05 | Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our communication dated October 22, 2018 inter alia about the Scheme becoming effective and fixing of record date as November 1, 2018 for determining shareholders of INA and LuK entitled to receive equity shares of the Company, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has today, by way of a resolution by circulation, allotted 1,46,43,464 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of INA and LuK as per the Share Entitlement Ratio defined in the Scheme.
The Company will submit applications for listing approval of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the above shares in due course.
