1. The Un-audited financial results together with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. (Copy enclosed)
2. The Board on the recommendation of Audit Committee of the Company, has at its meeting held today i.e. 14th August, 2018, approved and recommended the appointment of M/s. Khimji Kunverji & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 105146W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years in place of current Statutory Auditors Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants of the Company whose term expires at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of Members. |
