Ltd. wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results as recommended by the Audit Committee for the quarter ended September 30, 2018.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons from November 7, 2018 till 48 hours after communication of declaration of Financial Results to the Stock Exchange.
