With reference to above we wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rules 22 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended and applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 and as per Postal Ballot Notice dated 13th December, 2017, the members of the company have passed the resolution as set out in Postal Ballot Notice dated 13.12.2017 with requisite majority through Postal Ballot process, result of which is declared today i.e. 03rd March, 2018.
