Further, the trading window of the Company has remained closed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from 1st May, 2018 and will remain closed till 16th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above impending publication of financial results.
