| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/06/2018 17:10:31 | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on June 25, 2018, inter-alia, may consider the proposal/s of raising capital for the Bank through preferential issue, private placement, nonconvertible debt instruments, Qualified Institutions Placements (QIP) or any permissible mode or a combination thereof and also for determination of issuance amount, as may be considered appropriate subject to the approval of shareholders as applicable and regulatory / statutory approvals and requirements.
Further pursuant to SEB1 (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Bank, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons has been closed from June 18, 2018 till June 27, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
