| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/05/2018 18:34:23 | Triveni Turbine Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2018, inter alia, have recommended final dividend of Re. 0.55/- ( i.e. 55%) per share on equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 for declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The total dividend including the interim dividend of Re. 0.45/- (i.e. 45%) per equity share already paid, aggregates to Re. 1/-
(i.e. 100%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. |
