Agreement ("BTA") dated April 7, 2018.
The acquisition is effective June 18, 2018 and includes the existing manufacturing site of ASL, which is recently commissioned, for precipitated silica at SIPCOT Industrial Park Phase ll, Cuddalore, in Tamil Nadu.
