However due to technical issues, the complete details of the aforesaid voting results is not getting reflected in BSE Portal filed yesterday. Hence, we are again filling the voting results as per format mentioned under Regulation 44 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as an annexure to the Scrutinizer''s Report dated 9th August, 2018.
