As per Reg 33(3)(b) of SEBI LODR, the Company has opted to submit, in addition to Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company to the Exchanges. Accordingly please find enclosed Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated&Standalone) for the quarter and 6 months ended 30.09.18 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors and Press Release. Also, in acc with Reg 47(1)(b) of SEBI LODR, the Company would be publishing the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and 6 months ended 30.09.18 in the newspapers.
