The Board has also declared Interim Dividend of Re. 0.40 per equity share (20%) of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2017-2018. As informed vide our letter dated 8th February, 2018 submitted to the Stock Exchanges pursuant to Clause 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2017-18 would be Friday, February 23, 2018. The said Interim Dividend will be credited/dispatched to the members by March 15, 2018. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1.15 p.m. and concluded at 3.25 p.m.
