This is inform that the name of the Company has been changed from 'ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED' to 'INSPIRISYS SOLUTIONS LIMITED' w.e.f. 27th September, 2018, by virtue of the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by Registrar of Companies (ROC), Chennai.
Further, we wish to inform that we are in the process of applying to the Stock Exchanges for their final approval for change of company name.
