We wish to inform you that the entire USD 7.5 Million FCCB''s outstanding as on 29thJune 2018 stands converted into Equity Shares of the Company and there are no further FCCB''s outstanding as on date.
The allotment of the above Equity Shares is subject to the approval from the Stock Exchanges and all other statutory and regulatory requirements from time to time.
Pursuant to the above conversion, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 31,98,04,930 (comprising of 15,99,02,465 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 34,35,67,930 (comprising of 17,17,83,965 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each).
