For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders) adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Friday, October 19, 2018 upto Friday, November 02, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Saturday, November 03, 2018.
