The proposed acquisition will be subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
We are enclosing herewith the information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 ('Listing Regulations').
