S. Sharma as an Independent Director with immediate effect (i.e. October 25, 2018) subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
If his appointment is confirmed by the members, he shall hold office for a period of five years effective from October 25, 2018.
It is further informed that Mr. Sharma is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of SEBI order or any other authority. Mr. Sharma is not related to any Director of the Company. |
