Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 313,816,112 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 313,818,102 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
Kindly take note of the above in compliance with the requirement under Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
