| Exchange Received Time 24/10/2018 18:25:57 Exchange Disseminated Time 24/10/2018 18:26:02 Time Taken 00:00:05 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. October 24, 2018 (commenced at 02:30 p.m. and concluded at 6 : 00 p.m. ) has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 7.50/- (Rupees Seven and Fifty Paise only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2018-19.
Also in terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Board has fixed Saturday, November 3, 2018, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend.
The payment of interim dividend/dispatch of dividend warrants will be done on or before November 23, 2018.
