Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), please be informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 to consider & approve, inter alia, the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2018 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-2018.
Further, pursuant to Regulations 46 and 47 of LODR, notice of the aforesaid meeting is also being published in newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Company. The financial results so approved will also be published pursuant to the provisions of LODR.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders in its securities, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from Thursday, April 12, 2018 to Wednesday, May 2, 2018 (both days inclusive).
