As required under Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby confirm that:
a.there has been no deviation in the use of proceeds from the objects stated in the Letter of Offer for Rights Issue dated March 30, 2017.
b.there has been no variation between projected utilization of funds made by the Company in the Letter of Offer for Rights Issue dated March 30, 2017 and the actual utilization of funds. |
