L. Deshpande Maharashtra Kala Academy, Sayani Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025, inter alia to transact the business stated in Notice dated May 14, 2018 convening the said AGM.
Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Notice convening the AGM along with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2017-18 are attached.
Further, in terms of the Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, it is informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 24, 2018 up to Monday, July 30, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2017-18.
