For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders) adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from Saturday, May 12, 2018 upto Friday, May 25, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Saturday, May 26, 2018.
