Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that M/s. B S R & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 101248W/W-100022) vide its letter dated 26th September, 2018 have intimated to the Company that they have resigned as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019 with immediate effect as cost estimated by them and the proposed fee is not commensurate with the efforts and time needed to carry out the audit.
