Pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation approved by the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law
Tribunal vide its order dated 23rd October 2018, we would like to inform that the Registrar and Transfer
Agent ("RTA") i.e. "Karvy Computershare Private Limited" of Maruti Suzuki India Limited ("the
Company") has amalgamated with "Karvy Fintech Private Limited" w.e.f. 17th November, 2018.
Consequently "Karvy Fintech Private Limited." shall be the RTA of the Company.
