| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/04/2018 12:20:20 | LT Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2018, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 and to consider recommendation of the final dividend, if any, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 15, 2018 till May 26, 2018 (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all Directors, Designated employees, Insiders and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. |
