Consequently, all the existing agreements to which KCPL is a party and all statutory licenses held in the name of KCPL remain in full force and vest with KFPL.
We request you to take note of the above and update in your records the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited as the Share Transfer Agent of the Company.
