| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/10/2018 13:22:21 | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half - year ended September 30, 2018 (Q2);
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half - year ended September 30, 2018; and
3. Payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 30, 2019.
Further inform that as per the “Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders” (hereinafter referred to as the “Code of Conduct”), the trading window of the Company which has been closed since September 24, 2018, for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, shall remain closed upto October 24, 2018 (both days inclusive).
The same is being informed to the designated persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct. |
