Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018, to consider and approve, inter alia, (a) the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018; and (b) declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2018-19.
