1. To consider and approve the 4th Quarter/ Audited Annual Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018; and
2. To consider and recommend Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018.
Further in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors/Officers and Designated Employees from May 19, 2018 to May 30, 2018 (both days Inclusive). |
