In continuation with our announcement dated December 22, 2017 and in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Award from Ircon International Limited (Government of India Undertaking) for a new EPC project in the State of Karnataka.
