In terms of Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith statement of Utilization of issue proceeds as reviewed by Audit Committee at its meeting held on today i.e. 06th August, 2018 for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
As the net proceeds of the Issue is less than 1000 Million, under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, it is not mandatory to appoint monitoring agency by our Company so report of the monitoring agency not applicable to Company.
