| Exchange Received Time 15/11/2018 18:02:33 Exchange Disseminated Time 15/11/2018 18:02:37 Time Taken 00:00:04 | Pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 to 232 read with Section 66 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 amongst Arvind Limited and Arvind Fashions Limited and Anveshan Heavy Engineering Limited and The Anup Engineering Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors becoming effective, the Equity Shareholders of the Company whose names recorded in the Register of Members and records of the depositories as a member of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. 29th November 2018 will be entitled for allotment of :
a) 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of INR 4 (Indian Rupees Four) each of Arvind Fashions Limited for every 5 (Five) equity shares of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each held in Arvind Limited; and
b) 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each of Anveshan Heavy Engineering Limited for every 27 (Twenty Seven) equity shares of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each held in Arvind Limited.
