We also enclose a copy of the Auditor's Report of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results for the aforesaid period issued by Krishnan & Giri, Chartered Accountants dated 29.05.2018, being the statutory auditors of the Company.
Further, the extracts of the results shall be published in the newspaper in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI ( LODR) Regulations, 2015.
