We wish to inform you that the Company has received final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India, vide their letter dated 26 November 2018 bearing reference number SEBI/HO/CFD/DCR1/OW/P/2018/032296/1 on the Draft Letter of Offer dated 8 October 2018 for the
Buy-back offer. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-back of Securities)
