This is with reference to the captioned subject matter, we would like to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company 'Essar Shipping Limited' was held today i.e. May 30, 2018.
Following is the outcome of the Meeting;
1- The Board approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18 along with Auditor's Report for the said Financials;
2- The Board decided to convene and conduct the 8th Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 26, 2018 at 3:00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company.
