The notice in this connection is being dispatched to the members.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 24th August, 2018 to Thursday, 30th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 54th AGM and payment of dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2018, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
It is also notified that the divided for the year ended 31st March, 2018 will be made payable to those shareholders whose names stands on the Register of Members as on the cut- off date i.e. Friday, 24th August, 2018.
