In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company has published Extract of statement of Unaudited Standalone Financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017, which have been considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors, at their meeting held on February 10, 2018.
The said financial results have been published in 'Business Standard' English edition and in 'Jai Hind' Gujarati edition dated February 14, 2018.
