AXISB/SSGHYD/18-19/80 dated 02.07.2018 from Axis Bank ('the Bank') stating that, pursuant to the Assignment agreement dated June 28, 2018 with Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd (ARCIL), the Bank has assigned to ARCIL total debts due (excluding the BG limit) in respect of various financial facility/ies granted by them from time to time along with underlying financial documents together with rights, benefits and obligations' there under to ARCIL.
