This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company through a circular resolution on 8th May, 2018 have appointed Ms. Smita Kulkarni (DIN: 08127803) as an Additional Independent Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years w.e.f 08.05.2018 subject to the approval of Shareholder in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Her appointment also fulfills the requirement of filling up the vacancy of woman director within prescribed time.
Ms. Smita Kulkarni is a B.A by qualification and has more than 35 years of experience in the secretarial and legal field. She retired from VIP Industries Limited after serving a long tenure of more than 35 years. She is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
