In continuation with our announcement dated April 13, 2018 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that 'DBL Gorhar Khairatunda Highways Private Limited', wholly owned subsidiary of Dilip Buildcon Limited has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) on April 27, 2018.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from April 28, 2018 to May 4, 2018 (both days inclusive).
