Accordingly, post the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 13,04,93,710 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Four Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten Only) divided into 1,30,49,371 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy One) equity shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) to Rs. 13,05,23,820 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Five Lakhs Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Only) divided into 1,30,52,382 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Two) equity shares of Rs.10/- ( Rupees Ten) each.
