| Exchange Received Time 05/07/2018 14:48:03 Exchange Disseminated Time 05/07/2018 14:48:09 Time Taken 00:00:06 | This is to inform that with the recommendations from Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dated July 4, 2018, have approved the appointment of Mr. Harjit Singh Anand as an Additional Director effective July 5, 2018. The Board has considered him as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of Section 149 of the Companies Act 2013. Mr. Harjit Singh Anand shall hold office as an Additional Director till the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and be appointed as a Director by members' in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
It is to affirm that Mr. Harjit Singh Anand is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. As required in case of appointment, the details are enclosed as per Annexure I attached.
