The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, the 22nd day of September, 2018 to Saturday, the 29th day of September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The dividend, if approved by the shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on or after 4th October, 2018 but within 30 days from the date of approval.
Friday, the 21st day of September, 2018 will be the cut-off date for determining the voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
