With reference to our previous disclosure made vide letter reference no. FHL/SEC/STEX/RR/2017-18 dated February 23, 2018, wherein, it was informed that the Long Stop Date of the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Fortis Cancer Care Limited ('FCCL'), Lalitha Healthcare Private Limited ('LHPL'), step down subsidiary(s) of the Company, Dr. Lakshmi Narayana Raju, Ms. Lakshmi Priya, Mr. S. Venkataramana Raju (collectively the 'Promoters of LHPL') and Anikrish Hospitals Private Limited, for, inter alia, sale of the entire shareholding held by FCCL to the Promoters of LHPL ('Proposed Transaction') has been extended till August 16, 2018.
It is hereby informed that inadvertently, there is a typographical error in the said disclosure. The date of the initial disclosure sent in this regard was dated August 18, 2017 instead of August 18, 2018.
The error is highly regretted.
